Since 2011, the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance has hosted the Acadiana Commercial Outlook, an annual event in April for members to attend. This event examines the state of the industry in Acadiana and also focuses on emerging trends and the future outlook for commercial real estate. Local commercial real estate experts shed light into updates regarding land, office, retail, and industrial markets.

Each year, the REALTOR® Association of Acadiana has hosted an annual Affiliate Appreciation Day event for members to attend. The day is about showing appreciation to non-REALTOR® members of the association, such as title attorneys, mortgage lenders, and insurance agents. Our affiliates go above and beyond to show their support to the association, so other members of the association come together to show their appreciation for what they do.

Since 2023, Your Professional Network has hosted the YPN Cornhole Tournament, an annual event in July for members to attend. This is a fun-filled day of friendly competition, which raises funds to support YPN’s future programming. Members can gather their friends, family, and colleagues to form a team and show off their cornhole skills.

Each year, the REALTOR® Association of Acadiana has hosted an annual REALTOR® Appreciation Day event for members to attend. The day is about showing appreciation to our REALTORS® for all of their hard work and dedication to not only our association but to the real estate industry in Acadiana.

For over 30 years, the REALTOR® Association of Acadiana has hosted an annual Gumbo Cook-Off in October at Parc International for all of Acadiana to attend. Over 20 teams composed of members of the association compete with different gumbos for the public to enjoy. Attendees can dance, sing along with the band, and enjoy all you can eat gumbo! All proceeds from the event are given to three local charities that the RAA has chosen for their triennial charity cycle.
