IDENTIFY / INSPIRE / MENTOR
The REALTOR® Association of Acadiana launched the Leadership Academy in 2016 for members who want to be further connected with the RAA and grow as leaders within the Association. The goal of the Leadership Academy is to IDENTIFY, INSPIRE, and MENTOR emerging leaders within the RAA.
Upon completion of the leadership academy candidates will:
Be better connected with the RAA
Be ready to take the next step in their leadership journey
Become engaged with the current RAA Leadership
Have increased knowledge of RAA & its operations

WHAT TO EXPECT
Class size is limited to 5 members and each member must be able to attend ALL four (4) lunch sessions in order to graduate from the program. The program will be chaired by RAA Immediate Past President and Susan Holliday, CEO, is the Co-Chair. Lunch will be provided during each session
Who Should Apply?
Any RAA member who has an interest in volunteer and leadership service within the RAA. Classes run on a calendar year from January – December. Applications are accepted at any time for upcoming sessions.
