YEARLY REQUIREMENTS
Each year, the Louisiana Real Estate Commission mandates every licensed agent take the Mandatory class for that year.
In 2022, the Mandatory class is titled: 2022 Mandatory – 36 Ways to Lose Your License.
This class must be taken by December 31st, 2022.
TRIENNIAL REQUIREMENTS
The National Association of REALTORS® requires all REALTOR® members take the Code of Ethics every 3 years.
We are currently in the 2022-2024 cycle. You must take the Code of Ethics by December 31st, 2024.
You can take this course live for continuing education credit, or you can take it online for free with NAR.
