- Just saw a unicorn! I don't know, how else would you describe it? It's a super cute, well laid out, and updated house right in the middle of a beautiful dead end road near Kincaid Lake. Can't duplicate it! The roof was replaced after Laura and the A/C is a year old. Beautiful trees, with a humongous lot, ready for some input. Drive off the end of the road and your in Kincaid Lake. 7 minutes from anything, but you feel like you live in the middle of nowhere. All appliances remain. Covered patio on the shady side of the house gives you a retreat from everyone! Words fail me. Go see it yourself.
