- Would you like for your bedroom view to be overlooking the pond from your balcony? The whole place is beautiful, but if you've got something this wonderful, why wouldn't you lead with it in your description?! And wood! This home has had a warranty on it and continues to be very well maintained. And just wait until Christmas! The neighborhood does a beautiful Christmas Lights display that is spectular!
