This was a multi-layered transaction where a Lessee (who had built the improvements) purchased the properties from multiple, fractional Lessors. The lessee built and operated a truck stop casino on the property. The listing shows the total combined purchase price. One sale was from the Denson family to the buyer. This included 100% interest in 15.698 acres which was a large concrete parking area surrounding the casino plus all additional land owned by the family (some of which was not subject to the lease).
